The product is amazing, it is smooth on the hands, smells great, and the bottle is clean can’t hate it. It does what it was meant for. The packaging was rough though… Was not Farmasi’s fault but the product came unscrewed and some of the product was leaking out. The box was roughed up a bit so I would assume it was the handling that messed up. In all fairness I still got it and on time and I am happy with my purchase so all is good. Would rate a 5 star but the package handler or whatever deals with packages needs looked into to ensure the product isn’t messed with!!
